A patient asked me the other day if there are any tips or suggestion on how to whiten teeth at home using products she would have at home.
I have a pretty simple recipe to be able to whiten teeth at home especially when you are too busy or unable to make it to our dental office.
Our in-office Zoom whitening is amazing and creates wonderful results but here are a quick and easy way you can whiten your teeth at home:
- 1 teaspoon Hydrogen Peroxide
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 small squirt toothpaste
Mix all ingredients and brush using the mixed paste twice a day for first week. After that use this to brush once a day for the second week. You can then use this mix one to two times a week.
You should see results within the first week. Be sure to take a before and after pic so you can compare the difference.
